  Handling general estate agencies queries. Developing relationships with our 12 branches.

FULL & PART TIME ENTHUSIASTIC SALES NEGOTIATORS

We are always talking to motivated people about positions within our 12 branch sales driven network. Duties include arranging viewings, negotiating offers, inbound and outbound telephone calls, general office duties and supporting the Branch Manager to achieve results. The role is both challenging and rewarding. Sales experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential as ongoing training is provided. Basic salary + bonus, Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.15pm and some Saturdays.

BRANCH MANAGERS/VALUERS

We want to hear from experienced agency personnel who have valued or wish to move their career in that direction. The job entails visiting clients in their homes to provide valuation advice, managing and motivating a team of negotiators to continually improve a successful branch operation and provide excellent customer service. To do this job you need to be confident, positive and target orientated. We pay an attractive package including basic salary plus bonus and car.
